I decided to have a little fun and make a couple of themes myself. I made a Canada Day Pair:
And I made a Fireworks Pair:
While I am loving the Canada Day themes(I'm a Canadian myself), I thought that the Fireworks theme would be a nice idea for people in multiple countries, as many places all over the world use fireworks on special occasions.

I must get all the Fireworks pets! :D
I love all the new stuff. Good thing I only work 5 hours today(will only miss first 2 hours at most of event), and tomorrow is Canada Day, so I have that day off too! :D

Available throughout the duration of the event, players can encounter Maniacal Pyromaniacs in both the Sweet Blossom Orchard and the Astryl's Tranquility zones
I don't have these zones unlocked dose that mean I'm going to miss this feast? ;.;

will the blazing fireworks pets be themed or exclusive?

It does not take that long to progress through the first two regions, especially if you are already Level 60.
