For one essence? None. :X If you had an essence and another small item I might trade for an 8 point.
For reference: current lup essence is 50K on broker (overpriced in my opinion).
An 8 point regen purebred puff from me is 80K (10K per point). I can haggle lower, but not much considering a lot of the regens have been bought and prices are going up... and it's themed.
