(Camel my weirdly named horse.)

Ratonhnhake:ton pressed the tomahawk closer to July's neck. "What are you here!" He demanded. Wind was at his die now ready to defend her owner in case the other horses attacked them again.

(I've just never heard a horse named Camel)

Mia stirred and let out a muffled, "What the...?" She registered what she was seeing and quickly got her bow and nocked an arrow, "Release him," she said pointing at the stranger. (not July)

(It's a long story but I plan on eventually telling it in time.)

Ratonhnhake:ton threw July to the ground putting a firm foot in the middle of his back. "What business do you have crossing over into my land." He growled stepping on July harder as he tried to crawl away.

Camel shifted foot to foot unsure if he should attack or not. Wind snorted at him almost daring him to.

Mia was still weak, so when she shot, it barely grazed the stranger's hand. Midnight charged, allowing distraction so Camel could attack.

"Alaska make sure the other horse doesn't interfere." Pepper commanded and jumped off the saddle. She launched herself at the Native American as Alaska ran over to the other horse. Pepper knocked over the Native American and stomped on the hand that was holding the weapon. She then grabbed it quickly and threw it away from them. She put her knees on either side of him and pinned down his arms with her own. " You better stop right now, your lucky that a hand stomping is all your getting!" She yelled into his face. She was using all the self control that she could muster to not pound this guy's face in. Pepper drew in a few shaky breaths but still held his arms firmly.

She was surprised by the sudden show of aggression from the other girl. The stranger was trapped under her. Completely at her mercy. She let out a breath and shakily got up and leaned against Midnight. Midnight nickered happily.

Ratonhnhake:ton glared at her. "What are you white men doing on my people's land!" He shouted again. Wind nickered at him and tried to get to him through the other horses.

July rolled onto his back before getting up slowly. "I'm good mind to kill the red skin now." He said pulling out on of his revolver.

Alaska kept blocking the other horse determined to do what Pepper wanted. Pepper glared back at the Native American "What are you doing attacking us fer no reason!" She challenged "and don't bother fighting back you're the one pinned."

Ratonhnhake:ton growled. They werent answering his question, why should he answer theirs? "Our on my land, I have the right to attack you, or so says you stupid constitution."

July cocked his gun. "Can't I just shoot him?"
