(Needlestar) "i was thinking YOU could mentor Leafkit. your the best hunter and you can swim, that will be useful for catching fish and to help any others that fall in the water" she smiles and gets up. she walks to Ebonypelt and sits next to her. "i know you will be a great mentor, you may have been a kitty pet long ago but now in your heart your a warrior of Pineclan" she smiles and playfully and gently bats a paw on her shoulder

FallenStorm walked out of the nursery. He loved LeafKit as his own son, and wanted the best for him. He can't wait till his son becomes an apprentice. He would try to be the best father ever. SunStrike, once she felt the kit on her back, she stretched, making the kit roll off her back. She then got up and turned around to see LeafKit snoozing on a pile of leaves. She, too, knew it was almost time for him to become an apprentice. She was excited. Afterwards, maybe, she and FallenStorm could start a family- a real one. Maybe with 6 kits....they'll all be healthy and beautiful.... she purrs to herself softly.

(Needlestar) Needlestar looks out from her den and see's Fallenstorm. she walks to him and purrs "morning Fallenstorm, do you thinks it's time?" she asks and looks at Leafkit sleeping in a pile of leaves. she looks at the Tall Pine and thinks 'there will be a new apprentice' she thinks

FallenStorm purrs back,"Morning NeedleStar." He dips his head in respect, then nods. "Yes, LeafKit will be 6 moons tomorrow. I think he's ready."

(Needlestar) Needlestar nodded and looked at the sky (where i live we can see the moon in the day. true) the moon was almost full and at night she will make Leafkit an apprentice "tomorrow when the moon is high in the sky i will make Leafkit an apprentice. and i'm sure Ebonypelt will be a great mentor to him" she mews

FallenStorm nodded and looked at the sky as well. "I hope he learns well from EbonyPelt. I am sure she will be a great mentor to my son." Maybe LeafKit will be the greatest warrior....Who knows? He has much potential, I am sure of it.....

(Needlestar) Needlestar nods then mews "he will be a good warrior to Pineclan, he has a good potential for Pineclan, who knows what his talents are" she says then sits down and looks at Leafkit, "i'm pretty sure he will be more then excited to become a warrior" she smiles

FallenStorm nodded. "He's been talking about it to his mother, I've overheard, and apparently, SunStrike wants to have more kits." he said. He then slowly got up. "Well NeedleStar, it was a great pleasure discussing this with you," dips his head, "I will go bring us some fresh kill. Any preferences?" he asks.

'Me? Is she crazy?! I'm no mentor!' Ebonypelt thought to herself as she walked out of the clan to hunt and think. "What choose me out of all the other cats? All I'm good at is hunting after all and I can swim...."

(Needlestar) she shakes her head and mews "no thank you i'm good, but i'm sure Sunstrike would love anything you get her" she purrs then gets up and gives a respectful nod then walks to the stone next to the Tall Pine then jumps and lays down and looks at the sun

(Birdsong) Birdsong see's Ebonypelt leave camp and he gets up and walks out of camp. he see's a rabbit then turns his attention to the rabbit and creeps into a bundle of ferns. he pounces and catches the rabbit with a swift bite and look at the tree's and claws at the bark to mark Pineclan scent to keep other predators away
