Vina heard the Fae's voice and made her way up from the basement, she saw the Fae getting gems and Vina saw the display box of the ring. she took out a lock pick and after a few blinks of an eye it opened. she picked it up and examined it. 'perfect for my collection' she though then looked at the Fae. "Lesson 1 of being a thief: don't sell the most expensive and well known or they will know. and don't sell them all at once" she said to the Fae and put the ring in her satchel

"Okay." the fae grabbed a ruby necklace, then a small sapphire that looked as if it would fit in her cloak, and an emerald.

Vine put a bunch of jewels in her satchel then closed the cases. she peeked out of one of the curtains and saw a dew guards walking along the pat and spotted the guards that fell asleep to the sleep powder. they had a torch and Vina always knew to stick to the shadows. "Another lesson: keep to the shadows and avoid the light" she said then looked back up at the vent and jumped up. she signaled for the Fae to follow

The fae nodded and jumped on a table, leaving no footprints, and up the vents. She followed Vina.

Vina exited and looked around. she heard the guards talking and the sleeping ones waking up. she crept along the wall and climbed up a drainage pipe and waited for the Fae

"I need a name..." The fae mummered.

Vina looks confused for a moment then asks "did you parents give you a name?" she asks. then Vina remembered how her family died of illness because they never could afford medicine and Vina stole to support them. the memory was clear as clean water and a small tear rolled down her cheek

"Yes, but I don't like it... Cloe."

"ok but lets get back to the tower before the guards see us" Vina says then begins to jump over building roofs

Cloe leapt up onto the roofs and ran along them. A bright light went by her and she hid under the cloak. "Vina! Get down!" she whisper-yelled.
