I agree with everyone that is saying that the scales on the adults look a bit large and clunky. The female's front legs are too small in relation to the rest of her body. Those are the major things. I don't know this is probably more of a personal thing but I feel like they should look more like horses(I'm around horses all the time so I'm kind of overly critical when it comes to things that resemble horses). They just look kind of cartoony to me and I'd prefer it if they were a little more realistic.

I haven't been playing for very long at all, so I don't really have room to say much; however I agree with the others stating that the scales are definitely too large and feel clunky and that the female adult looks a bit more like a teenager than a Qitari ready to have babies.
Other than that though really nice art :D

Aight, I've got some constructive criticism from one artist to another. Attached are the corrections/suggestions I've done for visual convenience.
Right, starting from adults to foals:
The adults should look more dimorphic. With the female, she should be more slender and graceful, while the male should be more bulky and sturdy. It's like people: women have more curves and circular figures, while men have more square, angular forms.
So I doodled on them and gave the female more slender legs and a curvy neck. (Btw, props on giving her the action-y pose!) Simplified lines help the curve of her form read more clearly. If you're gonna make her rear up, REALLY MAKE HER REAR UP! None of this cutesy-posey "ain't I adowable" nonsense! She's a wild animal and she's rearing up and her hair's flying everywhere! I also moved her legs around because A: there's a LOT of visual "noise" going on with the leg tufts and stripes, and B: that back leg needed to look more stable (no pun intended). I also put her face more in profile view, 'cause if you're gonna draw her head in profile, the eye needs to be, as well. Sideways face + front-view eyeball = weird.
For the male, I just made him a lot sturdier and more angular. He's a wild horse who runs around all day, so he's gonna have some muscle on him. I also gave him smaller eyes than the female. Basically everything about him is square, stocky, and horsey. Even his nostrils are bigger! I also moved the tail to the bg, as it shouldn't block the front leg like that.
Now, moving on to the babies:
Not much for the colt, except I shrunk his mane and moved his leg a bit. I think making his mane that long isn't a good move, and here's why: for a good visual translation, you want to see it short at first and then be pleasantly surprised at how long it gets. It's like that scene from The Lion King where you watch Simba grow up; he gets bigger and burlier, and his mane grows from that little scrawny tuft. So by making the colt's hair short, it's like a visual cue that everything about him is still growing. I also reversed his face with the filly's, and I'll explain that right now.
The filly should be slender, but not like her adult form. So her face and muzzle shouldn't be so thick and square-set, so I reversed that with the colt's, who should be. Same with the colt's mane, I made her tail hair shorter. I also moved the back half of her body so that it's more like she's in a seated position. All those legs and leg hair and stripes makes it confuse the viewer's eye. @3@
SO THERE. >:U

Wow, they look incredible! I especially love the adult male. I think he's perfect! And their manes look beautiful and soft. I want to run my hands through them. :3 I can't wait for all my qitari to get their makeover. The artist has done a wonderful job!
There are just a few things I would suggest though, mainly on the male baby. I made a picture so it's easier to explain. I hope that's ok!
First off I would like to clarify that I am obviously no expert on horse anatomy. I have no delusions about that lol
Also, you'll notice that the entire body has been redlined, but that by no means that I want it all to change. It simply helps me to draw the entire thing to get a feel for the anatomy. The main areas I am suggesting a change for are the ones highlighted in the picture. Any other difference you may see is just a personal stylistic choice.
Other than the baby, the only other thing that bothers me (besides the large scales, which I see has already been covered haha) is that the adult female's front legs look a little small in comparison to the rest of her body.
Again, despite my criticism, I really do love their new look. I'm very excited for their revamp!
EDIT: Wow, I didn't even see Cloudsoda's redlines until after I posted. Those look lovely! :0
