I do not believe it is allowed for you to withdraw a bid; besides that, it's just plain rude when you do that repeatedly. If you get outbid, then you can simply not participate after that.

Repeatedly? I have only withdrawn once, and even then it was mere moments after it had been posted. I had gotten ahead of myself and preferred to just admit it as opposed to win and make Mystrea have to deal with me wanting to back out and not being able to. It would be much ruder to win and then not be able to follow up my side of the deal or try and avoid things.
I have noticed you seem to enjoy getting into altercations with people, which in itself is plain rude - but I assure you this was nothing malicious, more over I was trying to save Mystrea grief in the future :)

My apologies, I was going off of what Mystrea said, which was that you have either withdrawn or changed your bid repeatedly.
My point is the fact that I'm pretty sure that it is not allowed to withdraw a bid.
Also, I'd appreciate it if you did not make any unsolicited assumptions about my personality. I do not enjoy arguments with other people, but I also can't stand the site of people BSing - so I call them out on that. Unfortunately, humans do not appreciate being called out on their lies and exaggerations. As a result, that causes an argument. Depending on the type of person, however,r it will either be blown out of proportion, or it will be handled in an adult and polite fashion.

You changed and earlier bid from 2 essences to my choice of one of the essences. I was gracious at that point and allowed that. Then you changed your mind as I was updating you to the winning post... I have allowed you to withdraw that bid. But to think that it's an acceptable practice in an auction? No... It's not. It's unfair to me because others see how high that bid was and log out assuming they have lost and can't top... It's unfair to other bidders as well. I'm not going to sidetrack the rest of this auction on this. As for Keanai, she was angry on my behalf. Most people felt I should report the action to Krin and Fai. So don't think that this is something to be taken lightly in auctions.

Ah yes, I understand where you're coming from now Keanai - I had made a typo earlier in the auction (jumping the bid from 900k to 4.5m which certainly wasn't my intention) and Mystrea had been quite gracious indeed in acknowledging it hadn't been intentional.
My withdrawn bid was 10 minutes after posting and some 15 minutes before acknowledgement - I just honestly felt it would be more proper of me to admit my wrongdoing in getting in over my head. I could certainly fulfill the offer if needs must. It was previous to any acknowledgement or any other posts and I had a look over the terms of service, and all the rules I could find and couldn't find anything against it, but by all means please do feel free to report me if you feel it necessary. I'll stop posting here though so as not to clutter your thread anymore, apologies. Please do feel free to send me a note if you wish to continue discussing or otherwise.
