Backstory: Complicated family tree, but is related to the well known Prof. Oak. He always loved the study of Pokemon and researched everything about them. All the legends and stuff. So he knows a lot about Pokemon. When he was able to go into a Pokemon research facility when he was 10, he was completely astounded by all the high tech and things. When he was 13, he was kidnaped. Kidnapped by Team Galactic. He was a member for a bit and hated it, though he did his job very well. But then, he was passed on to Team Magma, then Team Aqua. Team Rocket. He was in so many villainous organizations that he can't remember how many he went to. But through all that, in the start in team galactic, he had captured a Hydreigon that no one knew about. But at the last team he was at, there was an accident in a lab where he was working in. There was a very powerful electrical explosion that neatly destroyed the lab and paralyzed his left arm and left leg. It also blasted away his right eye. He was hurt very badly. When the explosion was over, he had sent out Hydreigon in advance and he saved his life. He got a prosthetic eye. It doesn't see though. XD

Backstory: She had 12 siblings. They all lived in separate regions with uncles and aunts. She lived with her Aunt Amelia. Her aunt studied Pokemon legends and the four legendaries Arceus, Giratina, Dialga, and Paulkia. She only knew her aunt did that. She didn't know why. She doesn't know when, but she remembered eavesdropping on a phone call about 'world destruction'. She was very young and had no idea what that meant. A coup.e days later, her aunt started to act weird. She seemed a bit stressed and insane, not at all how Lyvia knew her. Worried, she tried talking with her aunt, who had suddenly stopped breathing. Just like that. She tried saving her, but couldn't. When it was confirmed that her aunt was dead, she stole a few pokeballs and a pokedex and went to travel on her own.
