Maybelle eagerly lets you in to her side of the stall. Behind you can see a plethora of boxes and crates that have been hastily repacked and tied off with thick rope. "Careful with those! If one of those bottles breaks no telling what the spillage could do. I don't have a wagon or nothing, my uncle helped me get all set up and it took the two of us two hours. So, just grab what you can and I'll sink the cost."

She motioned over to a handful of the stacks that she deemed most important and began to heft some up herself.

It's about midday, you had setout earlier this morning and find yourself in the wooded glen you used to put performances on with your family. Memories teem and abound in the clearing you find yourself in. You're family had seen you off well-enough however the need to put some distance between you and them still calls.

You know this wood well, you can go the scenic route pass through memory lane as much as forest, or head through in a direct line to the nearest trader's road.

The voice takes a few tentative steps closer, you can make out the shape of a large faunt, they tower well past yor height, but upon hearing no response after a few minutes. They turn around and and close the door "damn wind, storm blowing in, getting me all worked up." They grumble, and return to their task of trying to light a fire in the crumbling fireplace.

They're having trouble due to there being nothing but wet wood on hand. Overhead the storm begins to settle as snow falls down in heavier clumps.

Cyra tilts her head, creeping farther back behind the hut. The faunt is enormous, the largest she's every seen, and she watches them through a hole in the wall warily, but she can only make out a giant, dark shadow. She feels a tiniest pang of sympathy, but pushes it away. But it worms its way back into her head, and an idea starts to form.
They could be the next protector of The Village....isn't that the reason you're out here, anyway?
She closes her eyes, mulling over the idea for a minute. This is what she wanted to do. So why is she so scared?

Eventually Breta brings back your food and hot beverage, she's quickly whisked away as more folks enter, it looks as though the tavern is headed for a busy night. You see a number of them look to be fishermen and farmers. A large group of river otter enter last, taking up the biggest table in the center of the place, loudly porclaiming groans of weariness and cold.

Lilly hurriedly put her things back in her pack as Berta brought by her potato float and the hot apple cider ale giving her a smile and a quick thank you as she hurried off to tend the newcome visitors' to the tavern. as she ate and savored the creamy potatoes and the sweet ale she listened to the fishermen and farm hands yap about their days hard work. the all to familiar conversations reminding her of her siblings and how they groaned and complained about helping with the stags and doelings from time to time. Tough work was an all to familiar feeling but never something Lilly griped over much anymore unless there were spiders in the barn that needed sweeping. After she finished her food and drink she cleaned up her spot to make it a little easier for Breta and took a quick not in her book about how savory the potato float was and what ingredients she could make out in it if she ever wanted to recreate it. After a brief check to make sure she had everything she needed she headed out to catch the last bit of daylight before the sun hid away for the night. though she was also excited to comeback to the lively Tavern and enjoy a drink or two. She gave Breta a wave and headed to the door.

Also Here are the images I did updating Lilly and Drawing Breta as well I may work on making her line art a little softer! I'll probably draw Kane next, and I'll probably do this for every influential character I meet along the way if that's okay with you ^w^

(They are both so cute!!! adore the attention to detail with the greying hairs for Breta <3 I'll add both to your character profile)

While the days have gotten longer and warmer, the evening air still brought a slight chill. You can see moths and fireflies fluttering through the streets lighting lanterns and string lights hanging between houses. Slowly trails of warm light bloom throughout the town, illuminating the market district as you come across it. Most shops are still open although you spot one or two that have already closed down for the day.

Most of the ones that still have lights on in the store windows are travelling gear and resupply spots, along with grocers and bakeries.

As you ponder your quest and feel fear settle a shiver runs through you, however this one has more to do with the weather than any emotions. The flurry is no falling slanted, the wind having picked up and further driving it's bitter chill into your bones. In the main room of the hut the faunt curses and chucks the wood aside in frustration.

Upon further inspection you notice a secondary room with a door half-ajar. It's directly behind the faunts back and seems to be some kind of bedroom. This shack was likely once a winter getaway or a trappers cabin of sorts. There might be supplies and warm covers to be found further inside.

Lilliana swished her short tail and kept her hands in her pockets as she walked the glittering lights making her feel warm and calm even in the chilly evening air. As she came upon the market district she wanted to view the wares shop by shop leaving the bakeries and grocers for tomorrow when she would be heading. Besides this was a great opportunity to meet the shopkeeps and network with them as well. A skill she knew as all to valuable back on the farm. Her grandfather always used to say / the less strangers you meet the more hands youll have when you need one/ he wasnt the best communicator but he knew a kind word and first impression goes a long way in business. As she came upon the first shop she politely took her hands out of her pockets and kept her tail close to her side as she offered a kind wave to the shopkeeper

Hey there! I know its getting late in a bit but would it be alright if I took a look?

She asked wanting to make sure she was not going to be hindering the shopkeeps plans
