The locks just re-lock themselves. And the elevator locks too, so even if the doors didnt lock they still wouldnt be able to leave.

Well, that wont work well. Especially since people are being put in the rooms in 3s. And Sylve, Nacht, and some random human (which was clearly killed by one of the two) have been put in the same room together.
