"Yes, that's normal for a cat," Warren said to Fala.
Tara shifted to a lynx, and stuck out her tongue, displaying the spines on her kitty tongue. 'Felines such as myself have spines on our tongues that act like a comb when we groom ourselves. We often end up swallowing a good bit of hair, which doesn't digest, and we have to get rid of it somehow...,' Tara said in Fala's mind.

She opened her hands again, revealing a swirling substance in them. It stayed in her hands no matter what and only disappeared when she didn't want it to happen. She did it again, playing with it this time.
