Its a tall, birdlike woman. Her pupils are star shaped and her grey-blue hair is tied up in a bun. Theres a pair of blue and gold feathered wings on her back, and shes wearing a long dress with red ribbons. Even though she has the expression and stance of a kind old lady, power pulses from her so strong that everyone nearby can feel it.
