I would be willing to trade 2-3 max stats, unless youre looking at nephs, since I typically price my Ryos around 400k each~

Most people either start with essences or themed pets, and breed until they reach their appearance goal , usually 4-6 vis with traits that complement each other. From there you can stat philter each generation until they reach max, typically prismas work best for this.

I run my projects in an unusual way to save time and maximize my trait options. Instead of focusing on specific traits for each slot I pick 3 or so traits to focus on and breed for those, I also stat philter as I breed, which is a risky strategy because it can lead to wasted philters on failed hatches, but it makes it so I can complete projects a lot more quickly. In the case of restricted traits, I either breed those in or use RTDs, or both.
Once Ive finished breeding to my desired traits and stats, I dye my pets to the palettes I created in the generator.
There are some player guides on how to breed for 6v, and how to stat breed in the player guides section, so if youd like a more in depth overview for the standard approach Id suggest looking there.
