What Level: 60 if possible, if not, as high as possible

If so, what levels(Every 5, every 10, etc.): 10 plz
Leveler preference: None
Other: Plz put 1 prof. point in strength for Flying Oasis, 2 points in strength for Petal Peacock, and 2 points in strength for MGP
Tip? (Optional, but appreciated): 3k
