Later edit: OK, I've named her, and she is definitely getting a Spring Blossoms Disruptor.
Another update: This poor fellow needs an actual Disruptor.

I have disrupted two of my Icy Orca boys, with excellent results. Here are their "Before" pictures--
 
"Blue Bottle" and "Upper Left"
Their new looks--and yes, they are set for breeding now.
