"What are we doing, here?" came Grimalkins voice as the cat slipped through the grass beside Claire, bottlebrush tail in the air. A firefly landed on the tip, and he flicked it off irritably. "This looks remarkably close to relaxing, if I did not know a certain prince is far too uptight to relax."

Ash chuckled. "Feeling left out, cait sith?"

Grimalkin sniffed. "Do not flatter yourself." But he minced his way across the grass and curled up in Claire's lap, a warm heavy weight with soft gray fur.

She chuckles, looking down at Grim.

He purrs

She fidgets with his tail, staring at the sky.

For once, he lets her.

She frowns, "Do you think we can do it?"

"Of course we can. I mean, if you did it once with just ice-boy, then imagine how much quicker it'll be with me there, too."

She nods, looking hopeful. "Right."

The night soon turned to dawn and the fey came back for the answer.

She glances up at them, still fidgeting with Grims tail.
