Clarity reached little grabby grabby paws out to him and he lifted a paw to let her take it.Then she let it go and he gently reached up,trying not to sink,and stroked Akira's cheek.

She hugged him tightly, while at the same time pulling him up.

He hugged back carefully,while his hind legs kicked at the water to help come up. Clarity pulled on his soaked tail to help pull him up.

Once he was fully on he collapsed,breathing heavily and fur soaking wet.
Clarity started rapidly pating him to try and get the water out...but patting is what you'd do to put out a fire.Not dry away water.

"Akira?" he asked in worry,carefully sitting up and,although fur being wet,hugged her.
Clarity started working on getting the water out of his back furr....but she mostly just splattered it.
