Ivan knew he'd have to wait a bit while they repaired the ship, so he decided to look around. He headed in any random direction, wandering about.

The town was very small. Houses of civilians, a market place, the port official and a tavern.

Ivan headed to the tavern. It was always a good place to get information, not to mention drinks.

You can give the bar people drinks for information.

Ivan walked into the bar. "Hello!" he said, trying to strike up a conversation with the bartender.

The bartender offered you a smile that wavered, "Hello. Can I get you anything?"

"Ah, could I get a shot of vodka?" Ivan asked, sitting at the bar. He put a few coins on the table.

She gave a nod and poured some, giving you a cup of vodka. One size, no shots because too hard for Ivy to make up prices for.
