She's gone completely limp. One of her legs has begun bleeding, and the bleeding on her hands has elevated to also be bleeding on her wrists, too. That's probably not good.

She's not hard to find. She's just barely out of sight, laying on the ground, bleeding from her wrists, fingers, one leg, and the injured side of her face.
