Alister looked to the skies above and he had the very slightest hints of a relaxed expression lingering on his face. " It's lovely.. " He murmured, taking in a deep breath.

Electa remained silent as she walked away from where they had got off. Even so, she didn't seem to be going anywhere in particular, just wandering from street to street.

Alister followed, wondering what exactly she was doing.

(All right, time to see if anything from Spanish class has stuck)

After a while, they came to a residential area lined with old brownstones and parked cars. "Bingo," minutes Electa. If he followed her gaze, there was an olive-green Mustang Boss parked on the side of the street, maybe a '69 or '70. It was sort of beat up, with a dent on the hood and another on the passenger side door, but it was still in pretty good shape for a classic. There was a sign on it: $1200 obo.
A group of dark haired guys were sitting on steps nearby, drinking beers. They looked up when Electa approached.
"Hola, que tal? De quien es este coche?" She jerked her thumb at the mustang.
"Es mio," said one of the men. "Esats interesado?" Rising, the man went over to the mustang, Electa followed, shrugging. "Si, puede que si. Si me haces in buen precio, podria ahora mismo."
The two walked around the mustang, talking quick fire Spanish.

( It did- I speak Spanish and that's all mostly correct. Thogh that's Mexican Spanish xd )

Alister understood what they were saying but stayed out of it, staying nearby to Electra and the man watching the man cautiously.

(Yeah, my Spanish teacher only teaches Mexican Spanish.)

About five minutes later of bartering, Electa was counting out some bills from the envelope she'd tucked into her jacket. The guy pocketed the money with a grin, handing over a key ring with a tiny set of fuzzy dice on it. "Gracias, amigo."
"Gracias," Electa said as they shook hands. She tossed her bag into the back seat and got into the car.

( Yeah I figured, I know Dominican Spanish )

Alister followed, sitting in shotgun and setting Princess down in the back so she could take a nap. " You know how to drive a muscle car, right? " He asked, a little bit of worry in his voice.

( Also for a female its "Amigas" Not "Amigo" though it doesn't really matter )

(Right. I was just not being the smartest)

She started the engine, muttering "Highway robbery," before saying louder, "I don't know what a muscle car is, but I'm driving it."

" Well- it is harder to steer and a little more hard to control when it goes fast.. I could teach you..? I really like muscle cars so I know quite a bit about them. "

"No," she said flatly. "I don't want your help. I don't need it, either. A car is a car." She didn't know much about cars, but she wasn't about to say that. The car coughed once, and they pulled away from the curb.
