Alex followed him, smiling lovingly. Then she looked slightly more somber. *thank you for trusting my brother. Should we send a scout to where my brother said they were camping, to check?*

"No, I shall go myself." He states, not explaining why.

Alex nodded. *when?*

"Now." He mutters, nodding to the guards. He holds up a hand, telling her to wait outside of the room as he walks in. Clothes shuffling can be heard inside before the clank of metal is heard. Soon he comes out in gleaming silver armor, glaring ahead as he strides to his mate, looking down at her lovingly.

Alex smiled and put a hand on his chestplate. *you look feirce. Now stay safe, ok? And come back soon, and cant bear being away from you. Could I come, if Im armored?* she asked, curious.

Alexs brother walked alongside the gaurds, silent. He looked around but said nothing. (Put him in the silver room, but give him something to do, like read or draw or something.)

"No, you must stay here where you will be better protected." He states firmly, looking up to see his best men bowing. He nods to them, kissing her cheek before walking outside with them, looking back at her with a small smile.



The guards put him in the silver room, tossing a large fantasy book in. They slam the door shut, locking it and standing outside.

Alex nodded and kissed his cheek before he went outside. She followed him to the door, then watched him. When he turned and smiled at her, she smiled back and waved, mouthing, good luck. Dont die.

The boy looked at the door before settling down onto the bed, flipping open the book, and reading.

He chuckles, saluting mockingly before continuing on. They mount their horses, Caspian's was white with a grey main and light grey on its legs. They start off at a gallop, soft neighs from the horses fade in the distance.

Alex watched the whole time before sighing and heading to her room.
