"Safe travels." The man smiles, the wife and child waving goodbye. With Ripple now on your head and the eaglet in your bag, you continue along. After traveling for a short time, you come to a huge lake in front of you! It's gorgeous with mountains in the background and forest surrounding. Around the lake, you can spot different houses and cottages, like a lake village. An island in the middle boasts a castle-like tower, the only way to get there would be by boat as there are no bridges around. Suddenly, a large animal leaps out of the water and creates a huge splash as it falls back down. Its head can be seen and it appears to be some sort of water creature. It appears to be friendly as it leaves the boats alone, however, it seems to notice you standing beside the lake and swims towards you. Ripple creates a hissing/growling noise and her fur is standing on end, clearly frightened.
What do you do?

The monster stomps through the forest, continuing to grumble as if talking to itself. It eventually comes to a creepy-looking house in the middle of the forest, walking right inside. Moaning and wailing can be heard from inside.
What do you do?

Passing by, you find a smaller, more humble coffee and tea shop, a middle-aged woman stands behind the counter displaying different homemade treats.

It squawks at you, hopping towards you. It pokes your bag with its beak, it appears to be hungry and friendly.

"Hm, interesting. Well, be on your way then." He pats your shoulder as you walk past entering the light stream of other travelers and townsfolk. Walking towards the town, no one seems to pay too much attention to you, keeping to themselves. Upon entering the town, you can see various houses, stores, taverns, and restaurants.
