It's a blacksmith shop. There are metals.
Use your imagination with the steps on how to make it! Heck, you can look for a magic book and crack it open to see if you can make the sword without using the smeltery at all! (although you don't have nay magic skills)

i take some iron and the like invisible ore and melt them to gather form the in to a sword and take some gold and smelt is in to the handle

The customer is pleased with the broadsword that you present her. She hands you 300 gold coins to pay for it. (Gold plating is expensive, y'know!)
You hand half of the profits to the blacksmith to pay off your debt. You pocket the rest.

Sadly, it was a slice, and the dagger was not imbedded in you. You decide to attack instead. You miss and take 3 points of damage by tripping and falling face first. The Beegon attacks and hits you twice, dealing 6 damage. You have 5 health left.
What's next?
She stayed on the defensive, throwing in an attack when she wasn't dodging.
