She doesn't mind the dampness. She suspects it probably doesn't need to be in water 24/7, but also suspects it probably does need a lot more water than a regular horse.

"You're quite a handsome thing." She compliments. She knows he's asleep, and probably doesn't speak English anyways, but she talks to most animals anyways. She gently scratches between his ears.
