"I don't know very much concerning Lithurian royalty."
He lead her over to a pair of nobles from a visiting country, greeting them happily

She said her pair of greetings to the same nobles, all with a smile.

Termorin shuffles through several more noble before they were greeted by a familiar and unfriendly face. It was the same man that left a mark on Temorin's neck from the sword fight.

He moved Xolia, positioning her behind him and holding onto her wrist, almost as if he were afraid that she would vanish or something of the sort.

"Congratulations on the marriage nephew" the man said deviously, grinning as he looked over Xolia as if he were a starving wolf

Xolia didn't entirely appreciate that, but she understood he was extremely wary of this man. She stared at him with her usual apathetic look, seemingly uninterested entirely.

(I typed it backwards, just realized that. She was behind him, not vice versa)

He stared down his uncle, finally breaking his stare to turn and leave.
"goodbye" was all he said.

He tunred to Xolia with a sigh. "I am sorry for that...I believe it is time to cut the cake. Shall we?"

(i think i read it backwards anyway xD)

She smiled faintly and nodded. " What type of cake is it? "

"I honestly don't know. My mother insisted on handling all edible accommodations. We'll have to see once we cut it." He chuckled

"...I hope its chocolate. " She said softly.

"If I know my mother, each layer is different."
As they made their way to the cake, people instinctively begin to gather around

She was inwardly really excited about the cake. The only Time she got cake was on her birthday if she and her mother had enough money.
