Ahelissa shrugged at Odelina and sat up straighter. She was pretty impressed with Lidia, how she seemed to be both commanding and graceful, kind of like Remilia. She suspected that Remilia and the princess could be great friends if they wanted to.
The tall redhead smoothed out her dress in the front and shifted her feet. She hadn't eaten breakfast that morning, and she was pretty sure if her stomach growled any louder, the king might send a fleet of soldiers out to capture the angry dragon that he kept hearing.

Riften smiled back, squeezing it. "Me too, but I know that we will be freed tonight.", He whispered, a blush dusting his face. The elf turned back to Lidia as she pulled herself onto the main table and looked over the group. Riften glanced at his hand, his smile widening and his blush deepening.

While waiting for his sister to start, his eyes went back toward Emrys and he smiled back at her, effectively breaking the accidental glare he was sending previously. He trusted his sister and knew she would understand the situation, or at least he though so, he coudn't be so sure about the others however.

Remilia did glance over at Ahelissa when she heard her stomach growl. An ever so small smile appeared on her lips, but she brushed it off before someone would notice it. She leaned over and whispered to her quietly,
"We can stop by the food first thing when we get to the ball."
In truth, Remilia was rather hungry herself. She missed dinner last night because she had so much paperwork to sign and skim through. She should have at least had Ahelissa grab a bread roll from the kitchen rather than saying she wasn't hungry.

Lidia looked over her family and subjects, her gaze has grown hard. "Welcome everyone, I wanted to formally invite you to a plan that will end slavery.", She spoke folding her hands. "Though this will take more than tonight's gesture. I don't want anyone leaking the secret as well if I do find out I will have you executed.

"Now, for tonight, I want everyone to keep the lookout for anyone watching me too closely because I am going to have a guard drugged into killing my betrothed. I will pin his death on my father and we can sit back and get ready for my father's army to get weak. But as for our escape; father doesn't want his heir dead, the boy he taught to be ruthless and bitter, so I will pull the 'I'm going to kill your son if your guards don't let us go.' card. But I'm taking you with me." Lidia was pacing by now, her plan hatching. "Amias, your master must be wondering where your most seasoned knights are, hm? They are going to meet us outsf=de of the kingdom and help us travel to a long lost city where we will call home."

Ahelissa smiled at Remilia and whispered "Thanks, I was about to up my fiber intake with that book over there," she nodded toward a large leather-bound book that looked to be at least 800 pages. When Lidia started talking, Ahelissa just stared, her mind blown. They were going to be freed? her jaw hung slightly open, and she ran it over and over in her mind. Using the ball to escape? Clever. Wait, where was this new city anyway? She hoped that there would be plenty of trees and fresh air. Honestly, she didn't care where the new city was. She just wanted to be free again! Then, the sudden realization hit her like a ton of bricks. Rioting and attacking the king and all his royal guards, then escaping with a lot of the slaves and his family and royal court. He was not going to be enjoying this ball.

If he was woryed about being accepted by those he didn't knew before, being describe as ruthless and bitter only managed to make things worst for him, increassing his self doubt. Nevertheless he keept his composure for the sake of his sister and simply nod agreeing with the plan.

(aHHH, I didn't mean to make him feel bad, she was just putting her brother in her dad's and most other's perspectiveee. T^T)

( He will be alright, he was already a bit nervous in the room and that part reminded him of how bad he was in the eyes of others so he will most likely act more ackward around them in the near futur XD)

Nicote stormed into the library. Cussing. Nanita followed, scurrying after him.
"Please sir, just calm down! I'm sure she meant no direspect-"

"What day mean? She insulted my bloodline! **** *** ! I'm an ADVISOR not asercant for crying out loud! You hink that n-" he suddenly noticed the gathering. "Oh great heavens..." he collapsed in a nearby chair. "I think I just lost my job..." he muttered, his large ears turning a very deep shade of red.

Nanita glanced around. Then timidly waved. "Uh...sorry iif Mmaster bborthered you with his rantings.....hes had an eventful day." Shesuttered.
