I tap my foot in annoyance, I'm so close! if I can just push past this I can be done, so I try to push the feeling aside and keep working.

I let out a wheezy breathy laugh and fall back onto the grass, I couldn't find the energy to get up but I finished and I was so glad I did. I close my eyes and for a moment contemplate just sitting here before realizing that it would likely be smart to get water, I've been outside all day and I haven't had any water since the morning.

I chuckle and pet her fur, brushing out any mats if there are any "Look at you girl, you're getting bigger" I say my voice still slightly raspy "Gonna have to help me hunt you know." After my drink I'll get some of the water in my wicker basket to go take care of my garden. then rest and relax for the rest of the day
