Indo roared, and attacked with no fear, Black and White behind him. Coleen said, *im gonna help Mindbender!* and teleported with a device. Pyrus watched out a window, worrried for his freinds.

at the tree

Coleen showed up, and Mindbender quickly filled her in. she frowned and said, *summon Dark. homes too far, and my teleporters finnaly out of juice. so, lets summon a demon.*

[[At the tree...]]

The group began moving up the tree. They were already moving fast, but then the pace had to become quicker soon. Hikari looked down, and panicked. "Guyss!! Look below!!"

A black inky ocean of darkness started to rise, being filled with puddles of magma and searing flames. Lilli seemed to know what was going on. "That's a common liquid in the underworld. It will only go so high. It's odd, in the way that it only kills and destroys animals and humans/humanoids, but not plants and objects. If we get to the top, where the summoning will happen, we will evade it. But, it rises quite fast, so we can't take our time."

[[At the manor...]]

Aoi gets one of the guns, and gets a stray phone Lyn left behind. She calls Lyn, and then talks to Hestia after the phone was passed to her. She hung up.

"Alright, Hestia says there's an opening to the underground tunnel nearby. Once everyone is in, she can remotely close it. We need some of you to fight through the hoard until we can reach the entrance!"

(Thought I'd add this in, even though I'm late. The gods and goddesses of this universe often navigate in an animal form, though they do have a human form. Basically, the human form is how they appear in their celestial territory, and the animal form is how they appear on Earth. Just some random stuff I thought I should tell you. :))

Pyrus nodded, and opened the window, Shifting quickly and shooting fire at the monsters.

Indo roared, and jumped on a monster, sinking his teeth into the flesh. Black did the same to a larger creature, and White squared off with a gaint animal the size of Pyrus as a dragon.

at the tree

Coleen nodded, and climbed like a madman (madwoman?), Mindbender right behind.

(throwing in a plot twist ;) )

a gaint roar popped up from a mountian high up above the house, making everyone (and i mean everyone, even if theyre at the tree) freeze. Pyrus looked up, and froze even more, shock on his face.

2 gaint - and i mean gaint, they were bigger than White and Pyrus combined - T. Rexes watched them and roared, running off and Shifting into 2 adults, and man and a woman with dragon wings on their backs.

Pyrus was in shock, and he roared, *MOM?! DAD?!*

the adults smiled at Pyrus, then Shifted into a Spinosaurus (Man) and a T. Rex (Woman) and joined the fight, attacking and tearing the monsters to bits. Indo watched in shock, and looked pretty impressed. White roared, and copied what the new dino-hybrid-shifter guys did to the smaller monsters while still squaring up with bigger ones.

Aoi's eyes widened.

"H-Huh? Your parents...are alive?"

Meanwhile, during the fight, enough of the creatures and humans had decided to fight, that the wave was destroyed, and the other demons who were attacking fled for their lives. The cracks sealed, and the area became safe temporarily.

Everyone was able to get inside the cave.

[[At the tree...]]

The group hurriedly ran up the tree, as the ink black liquid continued to rise, and as they reached the top, the liquic was just a few meters below, bubbling. But it had stopped rising, and they all got in, ready to perform the ritual. The procedure was the same as last time. Dark Pyrus was summoned, and the process to turn him good began.

It worked.

Pyruss parents roared in victory, then Shifted to normal and went to the cave where Pyrus was. Pyrus, in shock, stared at his parents, then cried out in joy and ran out, hugging them. *i-I thought you were dead!*

His Mom smiled and ruffled his hair. *we were, Pyrus. But we were summoned back to life. It's a long story, and I think we should talk about it with your friends.*

Pyrus wiped his tears away and nodded, smiling, and started walking to the mansion with his parents.

Darkweilder raised his hands, and everyone suddenly had shadow knives to their throats. He froze, noticed what he was doing and asked, *before I remove these knives, I have one question. Why summon me? I almost killed all of you, and still can.*

[[At the tree...]]

Lilli looked at Darkweilder, and suddenly his power was overridden. Each of the knives was pointed back at him.

"You better not threaten us. I can easily return you to the state you were in before. You are weak now. You better listen, or else you'll be in pieces, and I'll ensure you won't come back."

Hikari shook her head.

"We summoned you here to try to reform you---We're in hard times. If you refuse, we will still try. And if it doesn't work...You have some of the most powerful people surrounding you. So just work with us. Look at it like a second chance. You're lucky we still have hope in you."

[[At the cave...]]

(Wait why is Pyrus going back to the mansion? Everything they need is in the cave. Unless you meant the cave, of course.)

Aoi nervously walked over to Pyrus' parents.

"Uhmm, Hi. I'm Aoi. Me and Pyrus are...close."

She blushed while saying the last part.

Darkweilder blinked, and thought about it. He closed his eyes, and it actually looked like a tear rolled down his face. He got control of the daggers, and changed them so they glowed white with light magic, and dissipated. He opened his eyes, and they looked almost human. *alright. But first, I want to say something.

I'm not Darkweilder anymore. But I'm still a demon. Remember that. But from now on, I'd like to be known as Pathchanger.*

Coleen and Mindbender locked eyes and nodded, and backed away, weapons sheathed. Coleen actually smiled and held out her hand to Pathchanger, which the demon took. *welcome to the team.*

At the cave

(... let's say I knew that, ok? ;) )

Pyruss parents blinked, then grinned. His father smiled and nodded to Aoi. *considering the way your blushing, I can see that. I'm Arthur, also known as Shapeshifter for my darker side. My wife is... well, she grew up an orphan, and chose her name to be Shine. So, I allow that. I don't know her demon name, because she doesn't have one.*

Shine smiled. *Arthur, really?* Arthur smiled and pecked his wife's cheek. Then he asked Aoi, *so, when are you gonna...* he just winked and flicked his eyes at Pyrus, who was blushing like mad.

[[At the tree...]]

Lilli's serious expression turned to a light smile. "Well then, Pathchanger, I would like some help from you. Your former leader realized what we were trying to do and attempted to kill us with ink lava, and we suppose with your help, we could lower it and get into a cave system which is safe from underworld magic, where we can meet up with the others. Sound fair?"

[[At the cave...]]

Aoi tilted her head, completely oblivious to what they were suggesting. During one point, it seemed like she processed it, but she pretended she still didn't know, then shook her head, she turned to face the entire family, and spoke. "So, while the minions of the underworld went out like candles to a blow, Satan and some higher ranking demons may be harder. We need to strategize, as brute force will likely get us in danger. Anyone got any ideas?"

Pathfinder grinned. *fair? No. It would be fair if I was permanently dead and I couldn't be summoned back to life. But whatever. As for the ink lava, I'm a Power Demon, if you may recall. I got this.* he snapped his fingers, and the lava lowered drastically, until it was gone except for a few small puddles. He grinned, and said, *we going or what?*

Coleen chuckled and hopped off the tree, Shifting into a Pterodactyl quickly. Mindbender followed. Pathchanger faced everyone else, looking nervous and asked, *what I did before was inexcusable. I'm sorry, and I hope you can forgive me.*

At the mine

Pyrus rolled his eyes and whispered to Aoi, *he means 'have we had sex yet.'* he backed up and said, *as for ideas, were gonna need a lot of magic and technology. Along with allies.*

Arthur's eyes widened, and his mouth went into a grin. *I know a guy. Or lots of them. If that's ok, you can meet them I'd you wish.*

[[At the tree/cave...]]

Everyone made their way down, making sure to avoid the few puddles, and went outside. Lyn teleported them near the mansion, and the group made their way into the cave.

After Aoi realized what he meant, her face was just...shocked.

"Sir, we are like 12. We haven't had sex. Hold your horses."

Lilli makes her way over first.

"Huh? Pyrus, are these your parents?"

Aoi nods.

"Oh! Well hello! I've been an adoptive parent to Pyrus, Pleased to meet you."
