Personality: Quiet, but can be very outgoing. To her, actions speak louder than words. If you say something, but don't have an action or some proof or evidence to back it up, she will not believe you. She never lets on when she's sad, scared, anxious, though her efforts to help others increases in her attempt to ignore her emotions.
She's clumsy despite her best efforts not to be. She will give you the same respect and attitude you give her. Will protect what is hers till the day she dies. She does what she is told and tries not to bring attention to herself in the fear that others will pick on her.
She doesn't remember her mother other than from the stories her father told of her; her mother left as soon as she could. She blames herself for somehow being a disappointment and being the cause of her leaving. Her father had been a trusted advisor of the king of the Phoenix (unless it's a council or something and assuming they have advisors, lol). Her father's unexpected death - Quetzel claims it is murder because there's no way he would have drowned in the river near their home even if he was, as supposed, drunk - has left her a bit shaky and uncommitted to any relationship. She left her home since she had no way to pay for it and now believes she has to give her life to doting on the every need of her current caretaker, a lovely young man named Francis who owns a glass shop and is teaching her what he knows.
Likes: flying; burning things up; working with glass; fire, heat, and flashing lights even if they do give her a splitting headache after staring at them for a while (she will be drawn to those things like a moth is to light, so it's a good plan to avoid at all costs); stars.
Dislikes: people who talk a lot; getting headaches; worms; extreme temperatures of any kind; expectations; failing said expectations; seeing death and blood (it makes her all squeamish and will possibly faint if she's exposed to too much gore).
Favorite food: fish and sushi
Favorite animal: Quetzal, of course
Favorite hobby(s): glass blowing, she's rather talented.
Other: Their favorite song would probably be Ride by Twenty one Pilots. Quetzal has kept herself secluded in a sense, trapped herself in her own captivating mindset, and will probably react to a fairly common word or phrase and be all, "What in the world are [slo-mo vibes (or whatever phrase/word is said, lol)]?" A Quetzal is the national bird of Guatemala and a near threatened species.

Their will be a couple ground rules No fighting their will be traning and stuff but no fighting over anything she states sternly but then her face calms as she goes over the dorm situation you guys will be mixed and no switching so try to get along their will be two dorm aras one for boys and one for girls no wandering in the middle of the night you guys will have break time to mingle wth othe races and you guys will be in classes together .....she goes through all the little details and lets everyone find their rooms and get settled .....

T-talk? Are you crazy? I'm far too difficult to talk to anybody! If I were forced to converse, I suppose I'd take my chances with the angel, but seeing as I am not feeling particularly friendly at the moment, I ignore both of them and begin unpacking.
(He's so COLD and ignorant lol)

Just then a shy but late devil walks in looking around juming at every movment that gets to close to him the others intro them selves to each other he bends his head down low and say's sorry for being late he turns to you but decides not to introduce himself and walks away ......
