"Don't light it just yet." Jazzlyn advises as she looks up and nods to herself, watching the bees or wasps, whichever they turned out to be. Bees are more plump while wasps more smooth and shiny. "Ok." Jazzy gives Asuriel the all good signal when she recognizes the fuzzy bodies of the bees.

Asuriel nodded and struck a match, lighting the grass. She let it burn for a moment until it began smoking, and carefully climbed up near the hive, slowly waving the smoke around the area.

Nellie
She quickly got everything ready for a lovely dinner. She walked into the cooking room to help out. "Anything I can help with?"

If it worked correctly, the bees would calm down and not sting Asuriel. They might land on her, but they wouldn't sting her. Jazzlyn lets Asuriel get the honey since two people up there with the hive might be a lot of unnecessary chaos. She stays on the ground, glancing around to check and see if anyone was around. If there were nanochipped people that had spotted them, that would not be good. She was on edge, tense, and ready to bolt back to Nellie.
Jack skips after Nellie, "I can help! I can help!" He crows, even though he only knew a few things about cooking. Currently his sister and Asuriel were out getting honey - hopefully - for Serene's burns, and so Jack had fluttered around the place, mostly playing and being the goofy child he was.

Nellie
"Ok well let's get the pot filled with what we found." Nellie said, grabbing a large jug of water. "And we put this in, just enough to cover those leafy greens."

Jack nods and dutifully goes about filling the pot with what they found. Somehow Jack thought that she meant literally everything they found and so he stuck a few feathers and rocks in there.

Nellie
With an odd look on her face, Nellie gently put the feathers and leaves aside. "Well, that's everything, just don't put the feathers and rocks in."

"Oh! Ok. Sorry." Jack says, digging through the pile of leaves to get the smaller rocks and feathers out. He pops up with a small handful and places them away from the cooking stuff. "Now we fill it with water. That's the next step, right?" He says, recalling what she had said before. He attempts to take the jug of water and pour some into the pot without spilling any water. He's a disaster waiting to happen.

Nellie
"yes, that's the next step!" Nellie said, with more annoyance bleeding into her words.

Jack doesn't seem to recognize the annoyance in her words. He cheerfully begins to pour it until it was like Nellie had said it should be. He then puts it back, concentrating on not wasting the water with careless actions.
