Alright so I have an idea
A string of robberies hitting the wealthy parts of [Where Rp takes place like London (england) or new York (America)] has the police baffled the police has been dubbed The Phantom thief due to committing crimes in the middle of the night and having white hair like a ghost. One night Samantha is patrolling the neighborhood alone at night when she sees Bijou climb out of a window of a wealthy old lady's house and pursues him on foot

I have never done that before so I'll have it a try just as long as both ocs have weaknesses and aren't overpowered, my oc will have healing powers with plenary of weaknesses

Mine (Lethal) has fire powers and weakness is water (Duh) Ice, she-wolves (>:3) Thunder, Extreme cold, earthquakes
