The white wolf zipped through the trees, his short wings making it easier for his to turn and weave in and out of the trunks and branches. Yet it turn it meant he was much slower than his brown friend who was forced to fly above the tree due to the fact he couldn't fly below with his large wings. Though for once they both managed to reach the waters edge at the same time. "It's a tie." Dorian said settling down with a powerful flap of his wings.
"No fair! You didn't fly through the trees!" Dexion barked playfully swatting at the larger wolf. He was quickly tackled before being pinned to the ground.
"You're just jealous, I'm finally catching on to your games." Dorian smirked.
"Am not!" The white wolf said struggling to get free. He stopped as the other lightly licked his muzzle.
"Sure you aren't, now last one in the water is a rotten egg!" The larger wolf said lightly jumping from the smaller one.
"Hey! Show off!" Dexion barked scrambling to get to his feet as he chased after Dorian. The two played about in the water a bit, splashing and laughing about. This was what life was meant to be like, no worries, no pain, no judgement. Just them, just their thoughts and ideas without anyone's to interfere. There was nothing out here to test their love for one another, nothing to stop them from it. This was the life they both had dreamed of.

Kae'rien, Naelan, and Jaesian
"Well, now we need to get Jaesian back to the pack, where he should have been all along!" Kae'rien said, looking at Jaesian as he finished.
Putting her tail on her mate's muzzle, Naelan said, "We need to let the pack know you are here. Otherwise, they might attack, thinking you mean to hurt them."

Eclipse immediately shook his head. "No. If you tell, they will attack. If you tell, I'll be forced to live the life of a pack wolf. If you tell, I can't live like I do now. No. Please, don't tell." he whimpered laying down in a submissive gesture, something he never imagined himself doing.

That's why he had run away. He didn't want to be the first to be picked on; he didn't want to be the first one depended on; he didn't want to be the one with a unadventurous life. He bet others did, not to be rude, but he just wouldn't stand being in a pack. He wouldn't stand parting with his freedom. He looked back at the wolves.

"Please don't tell." he pleaded one last time, pleading with them with all his heart and mind, eyes reflecting his wishes. "Please. I swear not to hurt you guys. I have no idea where you are. You know where I am. Please, don't tell. Please."

Erwinn quickly shot off, muttering, "Suit yourself," right before the pup came in.

As she soared, she heard the playful yips of other wolves. Glancing down, she picked out two wolves flying among each other. Erwinn hovered in the air for a bit, just watching the two. Cocking her head and twitching her tail, she settled into a nearby tree and peered out at the wolves. She hadn't had fun like that in a long time.

There was a wistful look in Erwinn's eyes as she sighed, stirring the leaves around her muzzle.

Soaked the two settled down down on the warm rocks to dry off. "So what's the plan for today?" Dorian asked laying his head on the white wolfs neck.
"Do we need a plan? Can't we live day by day like the pack of rouges we are?" Dexion said with a slight giggle. "But if we must why don't we settling with trying to find a den? You know incase it gets cold or starts raining."
"Sounds like a plan to me Amatus." The brown wolf said licking his lovers muzzle before putting a wing over him.

Naelan
"You don't need to worry about that. We will NOT harm you in any way. We have to tell the pack because, otherwise, you could easily follow our scent trails back. We have no choice. I simply won't tell them where you are. I would keep your existence to myself if I could help it, but I have no choice," Naelan said, tiny amounts of worry working themselves into her voice.

Erwinn smiled, shifting her wings. As she looked at the wolves below, she heard a squawk from a bird. Apparently it had its nest in the same tree. Erwinn started and felt a tingling sensation along the back of her spine. She looked at her paws and they were gone. She could still feel them, she'd just gone invisible, afraid the two loners would notice her presence.

The bird gave a confused squawk and hopped back to its nest. Erwinn gave a huge sigh of relief. She spread her large wings as much as they could go, and lifted out of a tree. It made a commotion, but she was still invisible.

I should see how that wolf is doing, Erwinn thought. She beat her wings and flew a while, scanning the trees. She soon realized she could see her paws once more. She kept flying.

Finally Erwinn came up on the loner, Eclipse, and saw him pleading with another wolf. She could hear their conversation clearly. She folded her wings and dropped out of the sky. A plume of air shot up where Erwinn landed, right in front of the cowering loner. She glared at Naelan.

"And why would he follow you back to camp?" I spoke, spreading my wings out wide.

The two jumped up as the tree shifted, the smell of a wolf filling the air. Dorian lowered his head, growling in warning while scanning the landscape around them. His wings puffed up as his hackles raised, much like a bird would do to make itself look larger to scare off predators. Dexion stood behind him, watching the brush.
"We should leave." The white wolf said raising his wings. With that he took to the air feeling very uncomfortable suddenly. Dorian followed him, though steered more towards the smell of the other wolf.
"I wonder what they want." The brown wolf growled from where they watched the other wolves interact.
