What she said did surprise him and touched him more deeply than he was going to admit... Him? A good leader? Not that he considered himself as a bad leader, but it was not something he was used to hear... He was considered as a troublemaker by his family... Although he didn't get the opportunity to take the lead very often, among all of his siblings. They were not here, and surviving a plane crash was a very different situation from his ordinary life.

"My wrist hurts, it may be badly sprained, you can look at it later if you want, but I think there is not a lot of thing we can do about it anyway... I don't think what I have on my fronthead is very serious." he answered. "Some other people here need to be treated first..."
He was thinking about the boy covered by blood (who probably should avoid running like that), and the girl whose wrist seemed in an even worst shape that his and who had wounds.
"I think you should clean your wound and put something on it to stop the bleeding, and then you can help the others."

He yelled to the people who have left the plane.
"People, come back here if you are injured, I have the emergency kit!"

Mark heard the call "We're coming!" he yelled back......he looked to the other boy


Jerachi heard a yell for injured... "Hello?I'm Stuck!" she tried pushing herself up and yelped at the pain in her wrist

" Okay, I just dont want anyone pushing themselves. " Ivory replied, grabbing supplies and sitting down on a rather large box. She took out the rubbing alcohol, and put some on a cloth. Ivory took a breath and put it on her wound, around the glass. She used her other hand to cover her mouth to prevent her form shrieking, she accidentally bit her hand too hard, and drew blood. Ivory got another cloth and put more alcohol on it, her hands shook as she got ready to apply it again.

" C-can you get me s-something to squeeze? I-I need it to help with the pain. " She asked setting the cloth down.

Slowly but surely... he muttered

"And you are the one who doesn't want anyone pushing themselves?" Ethan said with a grin. "I would have let you squeeze my hand, but I already have only one left... I'll go get you something."

While he was walking through the plane, he went to speak to Jerachi.
"Calm down. We'll help you soon. Open the belt with your other hand if you can, and don't try to move too much, Ok?"
He didn't stay wait for any answer, got to his bag which was still near his seat.

He came back to Ivory with a hoodie and a small plush dog under his left arm.
"I don't have anything better. You can roll that, squeeze it and even bite on it if you want, I don't care, I have others" he says about the hoodie. "If you promise you'll never tell my siblings I still bring it with me when I travel, you can squeeze the dog. It'll bring you luck. But, you know, there should be painkillers in the emergency kit. Take some".

" Yeah yeah, " Ivory said before he left. She smiled when he got back.

" Ill try not to rip your sweater to shreds, and that's cute, do you not like traveling? " She smiled pointing at the dog. She looked over at the medical box and frowned. She hated pills. She grabbed the amount she needed, and swallowed them with a pouting look on her face. She swore quietly under her breath as she winced looking down at her chest. " I want this stupid glass out, its irritating me every time I breathe. "

Ethan laughed. "I love traveling! Adventures... It's exciting. I would not even mind being in the middle of nowhere in Alaska, if it wasn't due to a plane crash and if we were not all injured... This dog was made for me by mother when I was a child. You wouldn't guess it's hand made by looking at it, right? Even if my siblings are very annoying and I'll regret saying this as soon as I'll see them again, I sometimes miss my family when I am away. And also, I could not take my real dog with me."

That's not something he would normally have explained, but he was feeling sorry for the girl, and maybe it could help her to relax. He wished he could do something to help her with her injury, but he didn't know what he could do. He knew that if it had happened to him, he would probably have tried to take the shard out.

"You can try to take the glass out, if you think it's not too close to your lungs or anything else... You are not coughing anymore, are you? When you breath, do you feel like the shard is only hurting your skin and flesh, or do you feel like it's hurting something inside? Do feel like you lack oxygen, or something like that? If not, maybe it didn't go too near from it. But don't do it if you're not sure. I wouldn't know what to do if it gets worst, and we don't know how long it will take before we get help... If they got the call and know where we are, assistance and emergency services should arrive soon... If not, it could take them hours, or days to come".

She smiled and listened to every word.
" No my lungs feel fine, I'm pretty sure it didn't pierce them. And my anxiety isn't helping. " She sighed. " I hate airplanes in general, so when the airplane went down, I was having an attack right then and there, so im still a bit short of breath. I think ill try to pull it out, if bacteria was on the glass thats inside of me, I should get it out before it gets infected form the inside, could you hand me the whole first aid kit? I might need a lot of gauze and pain killers, and ill probably need stitches too. I think something happened to my ankle as well, its pretty swollen and I think I might have a light sprain, I have a cut too from the back of my ear, down a bit, im lucky nothing hit my artery, or I wouldnt be talking to you right now, I didnt even notice it because my hair hid it. "
