| Is it possible for younger children to sort of 'evolve' if the Pokemon they were fused with had an evolution that still was yet to happen? |

I was just wondering because of my character- even though I don't know if she's accepted - has an evolution that I'd like her to change into.
Side question, are you allowed to change a move out for a tm/hm one that the Pokemon can learn? |
