"Or their whole hoard..." Clik replied

"Nothing too much for a team, with a Mage or two for magic shields we should be fine." The ranger said looking at them all for a moment.

Blue came back holding several bags of supplies. There was a smile spread across her face and in the far distance you could hear some angered yells. She set the bags down. There, plenty supplies for us all. She said proudly.

~-Ren's PoV-~ -Battle Planning Room-

"Alala could you go and find some mages. I want to stay here while the rest of us ration out the supplies. We need good mages." I said. Alala nodded and smiled. She headed out. "Set the supplies down on the table. We will ration out the food and then we take what we personally need from the supplies." I said. I had to do my best to lead these people.

It was my job. I had to do as the king said. It was risky but I had to do it. I went over to the table. It was quite large and probably good enough to separate out the food and other supplies. I hoped I didn't have to beckon them over here.

~-Alala's PoV-~ -Village-

I headed to the local inn for Mages. I entered the building and the woman behind the desk immediately knew why I was here. She had the ability to see the urgency and emotions of one so easily. "You need to hire mages don't you?" She asked. I nodded.

"We need to have good mages with protective magic." I said. The woman nodded and whistled. Most of the mages came down but I was sure it wasn't all of them. "Do any of you have excellent skills in protective magic?" I asked. Two women stepped up. One of them was a dark elf and the other looked to be an actual witch. "We need you to help us fight." I stated.

"We can help but it comes at a high price. Maybe 100 gold? Could that be worked out?" The witch asked. I smiled and got out my money pouch. I looked at them.

"A 100 for each I presume?" I asked. They nodded and I gave them the money. I knew better than to bargain with mages. Especially witches or wizards and dark elves. I saw their eyes widen but then they regained the calm. "I'll wait here for you to get everything you need." I said. They nodded.

"I can kinda eat a little less than everyone else,so the rations don't have to be the same for me" Clik told Ren...hopefully he wouldn't object

"As I said I can care for me and Hal as well as any others that wish me to hunt for them. Hal can care for himself for the most part." With that he stepped forward, taking Theta's hand to lead her to the table.
"You guys know I'm a mage right? I can cast the spell the ranger speaks of." She said feeling left out of the conversation.

Blue nodded and set the bags on the table. If I forgot anything, please tell me. She said.

~~~~ Ren's PoV~~~~ -Battle Planning Room-

A few hours passed... I looked around. Where was Alala? We were waiting for her! What could be taking her so long?! "Guys... Why isn't Alala back... She usually doesn't take that long It should have been a short trip." I said worried.

~~~~ Alala's PoV~~~~ -Unknown-

I made a choking sound. I opened my eyes. What had happened? Why was it dark in this room. "She's with the king. We can only guess the fight is to kill you all." One of the mages from earlier said. There was laughter. It was wicked sounding.

"You brought us a king's knight then. She doesn't look like one of his good ones but then again... We have to take off the armor to see if she hides something." A calm elven voice said. I struggled and felt the cold air against my wings. "She's half angel... What do we do with her? Take her back?" The elven voice asked.

"Yes. That is what we shall do. But we have to be quick. If there are others then they'll figure out she is missing quick. Kill the mages and leave them on the streets. I think you can handle that Lily while I get her on our horse." The wicked person said. I could only guess it was a witch. I was roughly pulled to my feet and saw a dark elf. I could only guess that was Lily.

She pulled out a war hammer and looked about ready to bash in the heads of the mages. I saw the other person. She had bright turquoise hair and she was obviously a witch. I looked ahead and saw two large horses both with markings made all over them.

I started struggling knowing what was happening. These people were Satarians! The people had been banished from the kingdoms. I found I was bound tight.

"Maybe she got lost?" Clik replied
