Heading to the river please

You start your trek towards the river. You have never seen a real river in your life before and decided you wanted too see one. The sun which you have never seen besides in pictures blazes down on you from above and a slight breeze ruffles your hoodie. So far three others had left the sanctuary but the chance of finding them was slim. The mountains loom in front of you as you draw closer too the river rushing at the bottom of the hill.

He crouched down, putting his hand in the river. He twiddled his fingers around in it, looking downstream to see if he could spot anything there.
