How about this:

we find a night where everyone is available. We don't worry about specific times. The window can be 9pm to 5am Sylestia time. In that window, everyone could breed.

This is still a thing, JustTopaz. And it wouldn't hurt to add an eighth person, in case somebody can't make it.

Also, I think Queenmargotfox may have a fine idea. Just pick an eight-hour time period, such as the evening/early night of the Somethingth of September, and people can ping me when they arrive in Sylestia.

Also, here is a ping list, to make it easier for everyone to talk to everyone. Just delete your own name and then paste the list into the "Ping Users" field.
