I don't mind swapping them out.
However you must buy four kelps to get the freebie and so far only two have been purchased. Once two more are bought, I will happily set that pet up for you at 1 gold.

for free kelparis, it will always be the lowest TP'd kelp that is free. Just like real life. buy one get one free of equal or lesser value
