Hey so Im having an issue with my hatchery auto releasing my adults. I checked the hatchery settings and auto release is off so I don't know why its still releasing them. How do I make it stop and is there a way to get my pets back?

I am sorry to hear Krin, that your headaches continue. Here's hoping that you don't have to go through this again and that the new server migration will stop all the database issues along with the other measures you are taking.

I am really looking forward to the Summer Festival! Super excited for it along with the fishing/beach feature.

I am curious, though. I know originally you had planned to launch the Mega Zone before the Summer Festival. Is that still the plan or have you decided to have the Summer Fest first before summer ends? I understand either way as you and Fai have had so many setbacks this summer with the site. Here's hoping it's smooth sailing from here! :)

Yea. It's currently an issue that we're having since the DB change. I haven't been able to pin point what exactly is causing the issue yet, so I haven't been able to fix it.

However, any released pets that you want back, just send me a PM with their Pet ID #'s and I can return them for you.

I'm actually having the opposite problem, i have auto-release on and my stables are getting full of pets i don't need...maybe something got swapped around? I tried unchecking/saving and rechecking/saving, but nothing's matured yet so no clue if that helped.

(Maybe try checking their age, anything at 27/26 days old move to your stables manually till this is fixed, and take note of all the ones released)

Yea... the Mega Zone's pushed back. We kinda ran out of time before the Summer Festival had to be released so it will be pushed back. We will try to get it released soon after the Summer Festival so that it's nicely spaced out.

So there's absolutely no risk to my parents information? I think my emails are ok but I need to double check that.

I mean. I can't really answer that. I don't have any reason to believe anything is at risk, but that doesn't mean that it's not possible for it to be. I have no idea what they actually did with their server access, what data they accessed, nor what their intentions are. I also do not know if they are capable or will even try to decrypt our passwords.

And in regards to your specific question, I don't know if your parent's emails are even on the site and if the passwords are the same lol.

So I really can't say at all if there is or isn't any risk. =P

That's why I just said, out of caution, to change your passwords - especially if you use the same one.

I mean like the credit card info or whatever else the bought my diamond with. It goes through pay-pal but I'm just wondering if it's something they need to know about or not.
