Hey if we paid for breeding and the egg is gone or paid for a pet, is the money back with us or is it "spent"?

I have a similar problem to Eneumann but for three of my female lighiras.

I bought all three and now two are showing up in my stable as not mine, whilst the third is no longer in my stable either.

I've made a thread with more info and screenshots here but I'm not sure if I pinged correctly.

EDIT: Also seems that I have a double of a pet too, not as important as the other three above but seems to be two of this guy in my stable. Once again, a sell/release one so not as important...

Hi Krinadon! I have doubles of all the pets that hatched or moved yesterday is that.? Don't get me wrong, its really cool! I just don't know what to do about it. Or if its just a glitch.

Some people i think lost some Mission pets, But your right. I have duplicates of any pet that i moved to the stables or that hatched.
Also: Thank you for dedicating so much time to fix all of these errors, Krinadon! I understand how difficult it is to have to redo everything in a java or C++ coding so a code like this must be very very frustrating. You have my appreciation for everything!

i checked out my stable and it made a copy of these two

but yesterday i had used gold to buy an enhanced draeyl essence and i had used the essence and gave the draeyl these carried traits

starry plateing
raptor stripes
advanced runes
spiral horns

but when i went to look in my stable it turned into this quitari

i am not a fan of quitari its near the bottom of my list for likeable sylesti is there anything that can be done or is my enhanced essence all for not

My transactions arent working properly

I tried to release the nephs that I released last night (found them back in my stables) and then I look again and they are back AGAIN. Uhhhh not sure why thats happening?

I also made a list of all lost transactions so I can keep track of the money I lost (if the money didnt get returned to us)

Hello, I sent you a PM about this, but I realized I should also include their link, so here I am. :)
I bought three pets from other users, but since the downtime/crash, they don't belong to me anymore. I can't edit them or anything, but they're still in my stable, and the two who were in my party are still there.
The two who were (and still are) in my party still have all the equipment I gave them. It would be really nice if you could somehow get them back to me or something along those lines. :)
