No. They will be in a set order. The reason being is that this will work similar to a Hatchery - no limit on what you can have and an infinite amount of stuff available. This means it grabs it from the database how I tell it to (by quality, by name, etc).
So it isn't really possible for a custom order unfortunately.
As far as what order they will be displayed in, we haven't really decided yet.

Not sure which quote you want explained, but the latest one means that you can't rearrange the items you way you want.

I love the re-design on the Aurleons. Quick question does this mean that we will still have to pay diamonds to have our custom items approved?
Also has the peacock tail become standard on the Aurleons now based on the adult art?

Nope, the design preview used 3 visible genes, the Faded Teardrops, Peacock Tail, and the Finned Crest! OuO
