Astrid shrugged, "I'll teach you to fight, if that's what you want, but bravery? That's in your head. I can't give you confidence." Seeing his disappointed face, she smiled, "Don't give me that face. I never said I wouldn't try."
She stiffened- "Nice of you to finally join us . . ." Astrid turned to face Taya, claws fully unsheathed.

(You're fine- I've got school and hw too, so I understand. This time of the year is always the craziest time for me- I probably won't be on much either.)

A smirk plastered over Taya's face as the small female preformed a backflip, then not before landing gracefully on her feet. Taya by now had adjusted her trench coat to be leveled perfectly off the ground, and her goggles over her eyes. Her identity would remain nameless, and that's how it would stay. If some had managed to see her wanted poster, they'd only know her by her one and only street name: Jumpstart.
Taya: "Well than! This is a party!"

Astrid frowned, "Party?" This sure was a strange girl . . . one who didn't seem to be afraid of a mutant with six-inch adamantium claws sticking out of her hands, and all six were pointed at her. Just who does this kid think she is?

Jumpstart: "Jesus, woman! You sound like I'm the bad guy!"
Jumpstart began to laugh soon afterwards. THAT wasn't so much a knee slapper, since she knew she could do better. The disguised girl soon smiled, which she stretched. She REALLY wanted to go jumping around again, but that would be just plain cocky of her.
