I recently stopped most of my breeding to give myself a chance to get more stables, become more organized, and focus on more specific projects including some holiday breeding projects myself. I'm hoping between this and the new upcoming stable changes my stables will be easier to go through.

I wish you luck in your challenge! You may want to keep an eye out for mystical themed holiday offspring. The stats would be much higher than the average wild caught pet's offspring. I'm not sure what kind of prices we'll be seeing on those though. Of course any pet can work for battling, but I thought I should point that out. You may also find interest in stat breeding holiday pets. I'm not sure if that's really been done much by anyone.

Thank you for the tips! I must have glossed over the new stable changes in my reading of the forums. I really hope they add a feature that allows us to name our stables. It would make finding things a bit easier :)

I haven't begun to look at purchasing any of the offspring yet but I will certainly keep the mystical themed holiday offspring on the forefront of my mind if and when I do.

I have a male patriotic Qitari that shares the gene two with the lovely lady you just sold me and I was toying with using a genetic mutator on him so that they will share a mut one as well. I will make sure you get the first eggling as a thank you for letting me adopt her :)
