Kai dodged and used Selkie's back to jump over Kaladin and slide into the kitchen.
There was the sound of metal hitting the floor, breaking eggs, and an explosion of flour that spilled outside the door. Kai held something in her mouth when Musa tried to grab her but couldn't.
"Kaladin get your mutt out of here!" Musa roared.

Kai was coated in raw egg and flour but she was still carrying her prize which was a dead rat.
"Ow that dog has sharp claws." Selkie rubbed his back.
"You had better." Musa growled.
Kai dropped the rat and growled at Musa preparring to attack.
