Aspen did not much like the mud, but the temperature was simply wonderful. He raised his nose and scented the air, trying to see if there was prey about.

I nod in agreement "Let Oktavias rest first, once she has her breath we can keep moving."

while oktavias rests I try to level up my perception by surrveying the area and looking for the minute and simplest details.

"If you'll have me," she gives a snort and rolls in the dirt. She seems agile for an elder

She seems proud and surprised your letting her lead. She nods and sets a swift pace, following several back trails. Before you go very far you see a small female deer.
