You enter what seems to be a dining room. A long table occupies the space, a couple of chairs around it. There were a couple of folding rooms beyond the table, dividing the room into two. One side was the dining table and chairs, the other side actually narrowed into two hallways, one going forwards and the other going left. Due to the screens you couldn't see what was down the left hallway but you could see that there were doors along the hallway going forwards.

I go down the left hallway

((It would help if you included some of the thoughts your character is thinking in each post. It would motivate me to give you more exciting situations depending on what Katherine thinks))

The left hallway goes straight, and there is a door there. Along the wall are a few closets, and the hallway goes on, turning left after the door.

Just because you have DID doesn't mean you are the murderer, narrator points out. Anyways, you run forwards as the sounds behind you die down significantly. The sky seems to be getting lighter as well when you finally burst into some sort of road.

Welp, he has justified that he has killed someone and was at his grave so ^^ Also will you be replying to Arcana or any of my rpgs? Lost pings ? Velos stopped running and looked both ways along the road.

You run around a couple of walls, reaching the base of the pole, to see a large box object about half your height. There seems to be a large typewriter-esque thing on top of the box.

I touch the typewriter thing to see if anything happens

The books had no titles, they just were simple, leather bound books. You'd need to look inside for more.

I run my hand along the books and pull one out at a random. I open the book and search for a title within the first few pages.

They had no titles, so you don't know the topics. When you look inside a book, you find that the content indeed isn't under a specific topic. Stuff in the book ranges from diary entries to things like sketches and watercolour drawings.

Tantei was quite surprised at the contents, flipping past some pages he decided it might be worth it to read a little.

The breeze circulates back and suddenly the flame in your lantern goes out.

I set the lamp down carefully next to the door, and take a few steps forward.

((Nope, I got all the pings, still tryin' ta get used to managing my time more efficiently now that HS has started ^-^ We should chat some time.))

One way down (to your right) the road went into even more blackness, the other way (the left) seemed to be lighter.

The closets were indeed partially full of sheets, but shhh your character doesn't know that xD

Ahem. Anyways.

The door opens easily onto a small flight of stairs going down into a... garden. The garden is huge, and the grey stone path that starts where the stairs ends winds forwards like a grey snake between the lush green hues of grass and trees. Every now and then there are patches of flowers. In the middle of the garden is a large open space with a fountain in the middle. When you look up, you find that as big as the garden was, it was still encased in glass reinforced with steel on all sides, even towards the sky. Essentially, you'd entered a huge greenhouse that was more like a garden.
The bushes and trees were all trimmed nicely and the flowers bloomed beautifully as if someone had taken care of them very recently.
