Korak came in and separated them, frowning. He gently licked Kara's nose and curled up to sleep beside her.

Ase~
She watched this and for once was glad he couldn't see her. Her face was so red it could be compared with a tomato, it tomatoes still had color. All in all her checks just changed in colors of grey, not a very fitting color really. "Why do you say that?" She asked. Significant? Really? He was a half elf and she was part fairy how was it not something important? It was destiny they found each other!

Wisp~
She said nothing as she looked to her mother then to her father's lifeless body. Whomever did this would pay, they would pay for what they had done to her family. No one would tear them apart like this and live to speak the tale. Her eyes narrowed as the thin fur covering her body raised on end. Wisp growled slightly and swat at the ground. They would all pay.

Shadow laid down. Her eyes were clouded with grief. She closed her eyes and felt Dark try to get close to her. She slowly pushed Dark away gently. She didn't want to get up tomorrow. She didn't want to live without Ori.

Dark looked at Wisp then at his mother. He saw her tears and snuggled up to her. She didn't shove him away this time. "Wisp." Dark managed to say.

Wisp~
She turned to look at him with a confused look in her eyes. Why did he want to speak with her? Could he not see she was in the middle of something though she went to him anyways. Their mother needed them now more than ever.

Altair-
Hunters? Really?! He had been out hunting when he saw the scene unfold. He was too late though when he had reached them, the damage was done. If he had just went hunting a few moments before he said he would have! The female Ryori was grieving over the loss of her mate, along with her kits. He wasn't sure how to respond to this. With a careful nudge he touched her with a nose to get her attention. "Remember this as he should pass, maybe now he's found peace at last." He said in a rather rhyming manner. Maybe this would help her though he was unsure, he had never considered helping anyone in this way before.

Dark nudged Shadow. Her body moved slightly and Dark sighed. "Mom....." Dark said. He looked at Wisp and sighed again. Shadow looked at the creature who had entered her den.

"Get out!" Shadow hissed.

~Theon~
Theon shook his head "Who knows, maybe I'm just... well... I don't know, its just so difficult to really stay positive these days you know?"
Theon let out a shy smile "I'm glad you told me, lets just leave it at that."

Wisp~
Her back arched and she hissed at this new animal. She had never seen anything like it, though she was ready to defend her family all the same.

Altair-
He sat in place gazing at them for a moment. "If that is what you wish." He said standing. "If ever you feel lost though, unable to move ahead remember that giving up is not an easy way out of anything." With that he left, though he stayed around the den just in case more hunters returned.

Shadow sighed and looked at Dark. "Why........ why........ why." Shadow said. She now knew why Ori had been so urgent when it came to kits. She sighed and knew she was hungry but she wasn't good at hunting for food. She licked Dark's head.

Dark complained and he looked at Wisp. He was proud of his brave sister.

Ase~
"Alright." She said with a slight smile. It was strange really, she already had a feeling she knew this man though they had just met. Despite her better judgement she even had feelings for him. How was that possible? They had just met! Though inside her heart seemed to flutter at the fact she was right next to him.
