Once they had gotten her all fixed up, which only took about forty minutes, they all stood and chattered about how gorgeous she looked.
"Are you ready? They'll be waiting on you soon."

The maids escorted her through the halls. The cheers of the people could be plainly heard from outside. The main hall was filled with people, all lined up to see the marriage of the prince and princess.
The prince was dressed smartly for the wedding, awaiting her arrival at the altar.

The prince smiled slightly, thinking to himself how beautiful she looked. He may not have chosen his bride, nor did he expect to fall in love right away if at all, but he certainly did intend to make the best of what he was given and with Xolia as his bride, it didn't seem so hard.
The king had taken the princess' arm, leading her down the aisle.

Everything was perfectly decorated, including the soon to be wed royals. A priest stood between Xolia and Temorin as the king delivered the princess into place. The priest began the vows for the couple, ending with "Do you Princess Xolia take his majesty Temorin, to be your lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"
