Aaron narrowed her eyes. She huffed and stood up. Might as well head off to wait for meal. She slowly walked down the stairs into the cafeteria. There were already a few people. She quietly took a seat and waited quietly. She hated the smell of this room. It almost always smelled terrible in her opinion. It was a miracle she hadn't thrown up in here.

"I didn't say you could have it. I just said to stop listing off the good stuff that none of us have had since we last saw daylight." Nicote grumbled. He and Lio took seats at a different table.
"So is the food here worse then Newt's cooking?" Lio asked Nicote.
"It's probably not burned..."
"Oh good. Because he insisted on making dinner last week and he somehow burned the juice."
Nicote facepalmed. His twin brother was one gigantic idiot.

They took a seat near Jack, waiting to grab something to eat. Of course, the options were not diverse and they werent too appetizing either, but it was either this or nothing and theyd starve. They were just happy that they were getting something to eat for the first time in a while. They slightly chuckled at Jacks slight humor, though they werent quite sure if he meant to be funny or not. They knew he wasnt serious about the extravagant food however, though they wished he was.
Hopefully the food would take their mind off of the thought of being taken away in the night. They kept silent, though their expression was that of slight fear. They tried to hide it but it was leaking out into their facial expression. They hoped the food would be ready soon, so they wouldnt have to think about much longer.
Dawn
Shed been in the cafeteria for quite a bit, waiting on the food to be served. She wasnt all that hungry, but she just wanted to take her mind off of being stuck in Furnace, even if the thought would only disappear until was done. She glanced at everyone else, eyeing the new kids and watched as her sister, Miley, sat herself down at a table and doodled on a piece of paper she somehow managed to find. She guessed that her sister was trying to preoccupy herself as well. She didnt blame her, theyd been stuck her for four year, their heads were racing with thoughts and fear.
