"I understand." She said, her eyes staring into space. She blinked. "Well, like you said, love makes you do strange things, right?" She said. "It really wasn't all your fault that you," She sighed. "Killed someone. Because everything needs cause and effect." But she knew that the cause Reno had caused was supposedly not necessary.

Reno shook his head and stood up. He lightly set his hand on her shoulder and tears stung his eyes. "I'm sorry if I upset you." He said but couldn't look at her. Instead he just stared at the wall behind her. At the cracks that alit off from each other into delicate looking sword and shapes.

"No. It's fine. Really." She insisted, but her voice, there was just a small tint of dullness and sarcasm... "It's okay." She said. This time, she was talking more to herself than Reno. Now she had no words to say.

Reno shook his head and couldn't believed she was taking this so well. "Don't hide what your thinking. If you want I can leave." He said and pointed to the door. It wouldn't hurt his feelings if she wanted him to leave. He deserved to be kicked out. What he did was wrong and he should still be punished today for what he did.

(Tartarus is dirty! Avia is her friend! If I was Tartarus I would have ran downstairs immediately and told Avia.... Dirty dirty!)

Tartarus shook her head slowly. Another secret.. Another promise she had committed to herself. "I think you as normal." She said. Normal, as in like everyone else. Well, of course Reno was normal, bit this time, normal mention not special anymore... "I mean, I..."

(Heart break.. She is now a heart breaker... Hmmm. She's starting to seem evil to me. I think we need to take her out. *Pulls out squid* Say hello to my little friend!)

Everything broke. Reno could feel his heart shatter into a million pieces and there was no way to fix it now. "I see." He said and dropped his hand from her shoulder. "If that's how you feel." He said and walked out of the room and started down the hallway. He was stupid for showing feeling again. After the last girl he should have known to stop.

Tartarus immediately regret what she said. "Reno! I'm sorry. I didn't mean that." She said, going after him. "I really didn't!" She swore. If Reno was gonna kill himself, he would kill her too. Or she'd kill herself. No... If she was the cause of Reno's death...

Reno stopped and turned around to face her. "What did you mean?" He asked with faake enthusiasm. H couldn't wait to hear her excuses and lies and reasons. He heard those his whole life and he was tired of it. He confided in someone and got his heart broke. End of story.

Tartarus could already feel tears in her eyes. "I-I just..." She couldn't explain. She didn't mean Reno wasn't special...well, he, but... "I like you as a friend..." She said, sounding confused. "Reno, don't kill yourself. Really." She added hastily.

Shadow glanced at her hand on his again and his face went a little pink. Why did she keep touching me? He thought. " Um...I bet your a great player on it Avia " he said, smiling at her. " Would be nice to hear if you want to play... " he added on the end. He really did bet she was a good player...
